General Requirements- All positions:

  • All Candidates must pass Nationwide Background Check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Must have good mechanical ability and a good electrical working background
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two to four years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Applicants must be able to pass DOT drug screen and physical.

Current openings:

Account Manager:

Manages regional and/or target customer accounts primarily for the purpose of building and maintaining an ongoing business relationship that is mutually beneficial to both the customer and the company.

Account Manager Primary Duties:

  • Travel to customer sites, build good business relationship, promote products and services.
  • Solicit business opportunities including making cold calls
  • Review customer specifications to determine whether certain business opportunities are within our capabilities.
  • Create proposals and quotations for products, and services according to pricing policies.
  • Identify market potential and potential sales within an assigned region or market.
  • Prospect potential customer base to build awareness of Company’s offers and build opportunity.
  • Participate in commercial and promotional activities including, attending trade shows and conventions, making presentations to customers, developing commercial material to promote the Company.
  • Lead the effort to resolve commercial disputes within assigned customer base.
  • Provide commercial support and facilitate technical and project support to customers.
  • Assist as necessary in the process of resolving payment disputes with customers.
  • Provide regular reports to Company management regarding commercial contacts and market conditions.
  • You will be expected to travel up to 50% of the work week by aircraft or automobile to customer sites. You will work in an office setting or remote locations as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a technical discipline.
  • Knowledge of electrical environments, and past sales of electrical products or services with a proven track record.
  • 5-7 years selling electrical products and services.

Substation Technician

Qualifications:

  • Candidate MUST have a minimum of three years’ experience working directly as a Substation Technician.
  • Must be fully knowledgeable / certified to perform substation equipment maintenance (15kV and above)
  • Capability to operate oil processing rig and / or perform electrical testing is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work over-the-road with the majority of the jobs being performed in the Southeast and Midwest
  • Must be willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. We primarily schedule techs to be home between most jobs (generally no multi-job trips).

Location: Ideally based out of Nashville, TN. (Must be willing to travel)

Field Service Technician

Qualifications: 

  • Complete understanding of electric motor operation and its associated controls.
  • Understand DC motor operation and controls.
  • Have ability to perform in shop and in field balancing and in field shaft alignment.
  • Ability to read and measure micrometers measuring critical machine fits.
  • Understand sleeve bearing operation and have the ability to correct if required.

Location: Ideally based out of Nashville, TN. (Must be willing to travel)

Switchgear Technician

Qualifications:

  • Candidate MUST have a minimum of three years’ of experience working directly as a Switchgear Technician.
  • Must have knowledge of breakers and other switchgear apparatus.
  • Must have testing skills and understand testing procedures and equipment.
  • Must demonstrate troubleshooting skills using basic test equipment and electrical schematics.
  • Capable of performing perform diagnostic testing and analysis.
  • Capable of working without supervision.
  • Capable of leading and /or training junior employees.

Location: Ideally based out of Tulsa, OK or Nashville, TN. (Must be willing to travel)
