The Digital Marketing Specialist role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. Account Manager, Regional Sales

Manages regional and/or target customer accounts primarily for the purpose of building and maintaining an ongoing business relationship that is mutually beneficial to both the customer and the company.

Account Manager Primary Duties:

  • Travel to customer sites, build good business relationship, promote products and services.
  • Solicit business opportunities including making cold calls

Field Service Technician - Oklahoma City, OK

Candidate must possess a basic understanding of electric motor (AC and DC) operation and the associated controls. Technician will perform installation, alignment, and balancing of rotating equipment in a site specific field location with supervision.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Basic proficiency performing installation, alignment and balancing of rotating equipment.
  • Proficient use of micrometers and calipers to measure critical machine fits.
  • Understand sleeve bearing and ball bearing operation
  • Ability to teardown, clean, and assemble mechanical apparatus and components with supervision
  • Install new or modified equipment at customer’s facility to insure full functionality according to specifications with supervision.
  • Knowledge of and capable to assist with basic repairs, testing, and troubleshooting of electric motors with supervision.
  • Conduct safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers with supervision.

Education and/or Experience:

This position will manage regional and/or target customer accounts primarily for the purpose of building and maintaining an on-going business relationship that is mutually beneficial to the customer and to our Company in the Tennessee region and grow our market share in the region. Selling Substation, MV Switchgear, Transformer and AC/DC Motor products and services. Job requires 80% travel.


  • 5 years of Service Sales experience
  • Electrical Industry experience (highly desired) MV Switchgear and/or Substation

Training Manager - Nashville, TN

The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of substation/switchgear electrical apparatus and subsystems. Knowledge of and capable of repairing, testing and/or oil processing. Needs to be fully trained in all electrical safety aspects and must be capable of leading teams to accomplish complex tasks and develops plans, coordinates and directs the staff development and training program for the Field Services and Manufacturing personnel of the organization in coordination with Operations Managers and the goals of the Company.  The role requires frequent overnight travel to other locations as needed or required to coordinate and execute training for personnel at the various Company offices.

Education and Experience:

  • AA degree from a technical school or BS degree from an accredited University or 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sr. Substation Technician - Tulsa, OK or Nashville, TN


  • Ability to perform all aspects of substation services (repair, processing & testing) and demonstrate an exceptional understanding of transformers, construction operation and the associated controls.
  • Ability to perform in shop and field transformer testing for Power Factor, Excitation and resistance readings per NETA/ANSI Standards and maintain operational mechanical systems including pump operations, valve operations and oil processing units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Troubleshoot and test transformers using various methods and testing equipment including partial installation of transformer components.
  • Verify repairs using various start-up testing procedures.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and preventative maintenance in accordance with the published testing procedures.
  • Operate specialized test equipment including but not limited to: Power Factor Tester (DOBLE), Megohmmeters, AC/DC volt-ohm-millimeters, various kinds of hand-held power and non-power tools, etc.

Sr. Protective Relay & Controls Technician - Nashville, TN


  • Conduct commissioning, testing, maintenance and repair of complex protective relaying schemes, metering remote control and data systems and capacitor control in generation, transmission and distribution substation environments. To facilitate the retrofit, upgrade, and replacement projects for electrical controls, SCADA, DCS and Power System Protection Equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Testing of Electro-mechanical, Numerical and Microprocessor based Protective Relays and control devices.
  • Perform installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of protective relaying equipment, relaying schemes, DFR equipment, SCADA systems, distribution automation systems and associated communication equipment
  • Test over current/voltage, Directional, Distance, Impedance, Sync Check, Loss of field, reverse power, Multifunction relays etc.
  • Perform function testing of substation control circuits on relay panel, transformers & circuit breaker change outs.
  • Conduct differential and distance relay testing.

Looking for an experienced Outside Service Sales Representative to expand our electric motor repair line and services. The ideal candidate should be a true road warrior and be responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling AC/DC motor products and services to existing and potential customers in the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Must have good technical knowledge of large industrial electric motors.


  • Makes personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis. Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.

Looking for an Operations Manager to direct manufacturing activities in an efficient manner and achieve company goals for safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

  • Manage-direct and implement operations strategies and objectives to insure the achievement of division goals.
