Jason Fields brings over 15 years of experience in electric motor systems, industrial controls, and field service management. With a strong background in AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and predictive maintenance technologies, Jason specializes in delivering technically sound, customer-focused solutions across manufacturing, mining, nuclear, and other heavy industries.
He has successfully led large-scale electrical service projects, developed high-performing technical teams, and built a reputation for hands-on problem-solving and reliability. His expertise includes troubleshooting complex electrical systems, implementing control solutions, and supporting full lifecycle performance of critical equipment.
Jason holds both TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and nuclear clearance, enabling him to support work in secure, high-compliance environments including nuclear power plants, ports, and federal facilities. He is also a certified MSHA Part 46 and Part 48 instructor and has completed extensive training in electrical diagnostics and industrial safety protocols.
His mission is to provide expert-level support and safe, efficient service—whether on-site at high-security facilities or managing technical projects in the field.
