Elaine Williams

As the VP of Finance at Southwest Electric, Elaine utilizes over 15 years of experience heading accounting, human resources, and I.T. departments in a variety of manufacturing, service, and distribution companies to lead her team.  She is a natural problem solver with a strong background, drive, attention to detail, and a team-building spirit.  Elaine relates to our Core Value, Take Action.  She believes, “If I see something I can improve, I will do my best to make it happen.”

Elaine graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration at Stephen F. Austin State University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governor’s University.  She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a senior certified professional of human resources (SHRM-SCP).
