Dean Sandefur

As VP & GM, Field Service & Switchgear, Dean believes we all have different experiences and talents, giving us a combined strength and knowledge that we are stronger as a team than we are as individuals. That is why “grow better together” is his favorite Southwest Electric core value. He works closely with our workforce to grow the switchgear business, expand our portfolio offerings, develop the team, and build relationships within the industry. He has 20 years of industry experience, including work with field service, operations, sales, and switchgear divisions. Dean graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BA in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
