Maintain locate and load all associated raw materials for the plasma table. Ability to understand and operate plasma cutting table. Utilizing, nesting software to cut material per manufacturing specifications. Verify accuracy and quality of cut material. Kit all associated material with the proper RO and stage in the appropriate areas. Maintain the plasma table and associated tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Five plus years related experience and/or training. Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information to employees within the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, divide, in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense to practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully an individual shall have basic computer knowledge.
