Summary

The ERP Specialist is a key player in the configuration, deployment, administration, and enhancement of our Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This role is pivotal in ensuring the system aligns with our business processes, thereby enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the organization. The specialist will act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring the ERP system meets current and future business needs as well as having responsibility for systems administration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

· Lead the Epicor Kinetic ERP system implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

· Perform system administration duties, such as user management, security oversight, and performance monitoring.

· Analyze business processes and work with departments to translate business requirements into system functionalities.

· Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency among system users.

· Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

· Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various business needs.

· Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to ERP system configurations and business processes.

· This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may oversee the work of external consultants and internal project teams during ERP implementation and upgrades

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in ERP system administration, preferably with Epicor Kinetic.

· Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, repair, field service and supply chain management.

· Experience in system integration and customization.

· Experience in project management.

· Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards.

Education and/or Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in ERP system implementation and management.

· At least 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.

Language Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

· Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure documents.

· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal customers, and outside consultants.

Mathematical Skills:

· Proficiency in applying mathematical concepts to analyze and interpret data.

· Ability to use statistical and financial principles for budgeting and reporting.

Reasoning Ability:

· Strong ability to define and solve complex problems systematically.

· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:

· Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· In-depth knowledge of Epicor Kinetic ERP and proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.

· Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools, especially Power BI and SSRS.
