Summary

Southwest Electric Co. is looking for an experienced Account Manager to help build out and maintain our AC/DC Motor products and services. The Account Manager will manage regional and/or target customers in Oklahoma and surrounding states to maintain and grow our market share. The ideal candidate will have previous AC/DC motor repair experience and be willing to relocate to our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma office. Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer’s sites to maintain and build Southwest Electric’s AC/DC Motor offerings and services.
  • Solicit new business opportunities that fit within our strategic goals and objectives while cross-selling our different verticals of business.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Create proposals and quotations for our products and services according to pricing policies established by Company management.
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of previous motor repair, or relevant sales experience.
  • Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%.
  • A technical degree is highly desirable.
