The Southwest Electric Substation Service Division offers on-site inspection, testing, maintenance, oil processing, relocating and repair services for transformers and associated substation equipment. These services are performed by skilled, trained, experienced transformer specialists on your site (or in our repair shop if necessary) utilizing specialized tools and equipment specifically suited for the work.
All work is arranged, scheduled and coordinated through our Field Service Operations Manager, who serves as a single point contact to ensure the work is accomplished on time and in accordance with customer requirements.
Our field service capabilities include all types of oil handling, servicing, reconditioning, maintenance, testing, rigging and heavy hauling.
From the simplest leak repair or regasketing to the most complex coil reclamping and reblocking, no job is too large or too small for Southwest Electric's experienced service department. We work on all substation electrical equipment OEM’s from around the world
